Fabian is a Computer Science researcher specialising in computer vision, artificial intelligence and machine learning. For the past few years, he has been collaborating on criminology projects in MSHT, using AI to analyse online communications to look for evidence of suspicious behaviour and vulnerable people.
Fabian obtained his PhD in Computer Science from Queen’s University Belfast in 2011. In the past 2 years he has been collaborating as a guest lecturer adopting a socio-technical pedagogy for criminology modules at Ulster University.
